Argo is a sea front accommodation in Aghioi Apostoloi, a small traditional village near Petries of Evia island and close to Athens. Since 2017 a Summer House is also added in our facilities and since 2025 a new Summer Apartment.

We spent a week at Argo with a large group of friends and all of our families.Makis was an exceptionally efficient and hospital host who made our trip the memorable event it was. The location of the hotel was amazing especially for those looking to relax among the locals. Great seascapes and quiet beaches.

We spent two nights at Argo. Great and truly hospitable place. We chose it as we wanted an inexpensive place close to the shore. The breakfast could have been a bit more extensive, but at their rates you cannot really expect more - their pricing is very reasonable.

It was late October and we seemed to be the only visitors in the hotel, but the lady running the hotel was very kind to still provide us with accommodation. The hotel is located right on the beach and our room was looking to the sea so we really had a nice weekend. Room was big enough and clean, breakfast was very good too.

It was more than a good experience. Just in front of the sea, this very nice hotel was the ideal place in this tiny village. The rooms are excellent and clean. Superb bed, beautiful linen, nice colours, make it a really cool place. The service was very good too and the breakfast just lovely. The reason we decided not to swim in hotel's pool is that the sea in the village is perfect, even though the pool is very attractive. It's sure we will visit Argo again.

After visiting Evia in 2017 we saw this hotel during a daytrip. We decided there and then to stay here in 2018 and booked for 12 days. What a superb place to start our month on Evia. Lovely room at the front with real sea view, clean and nice colors. We were made ever so welcome by Makis and his mother and enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Location, location, location! The hotel is on the beach. It has a nicely kept garden with a swimming pool. The rooms are tidy and the beds very comfortable. But we were extremely happy with the hospitality of our hostess who prepared every morning a excellent breakfast with local products, although we were the only guests at the hotel in November.

A wonderful, small, family-owned hotel directly next to the sand-beach, with personal touch. Nice garden, nice, spacious rooms ("studio"). Very clean; service by friendly owners. Good breakfast. Should be kept as a secret....Well, I blew it...I hope I will get a room next year again.

Argo Hotel is much more than you can expect. It is very clean, not too crowded and located right on the beach. The staff are very nice, speak good English and will do everything to promise you have a perfect stay. The restaurant on the hotel balcony, in front of the beach, is good and they serve fresh fish and Greek food. If you are looking for great vacation with best value for money - this is the place! We will definitely visit again 🙂

The breakfast was full of traditional homemade treats. It included salad, fruits, local sweets and it had new treats each day. The hotel was very full of things and spaces, even if it is a rather small hotel. It is decorated with wood art.
